TERMS AND CONDITIONS (SERVICE) quimeraexperience.com<\/p>\n

Quimera – Azorean Art & Culture Night Trail Show<\/p>\n

These general conditions of sale are agreed upon between Espelho Voador Associa\u00e7\u00e3o,\u00a0headquartered at Rua do Mourato 70-A, Correio 65, with tax identification number 518 577 937 and contact number +351 918406127, hereinafter referred to as \u201cEspelho Voador\u201d and individuals who wish to make purchases through the website quimeraexperience.com, hereinafter referred to as \u201cUser\u201d.<\/p>\n

The parties agree that purchases made through the website quimeraexperience.com will be exclusively governed by this contract, excluding any conditions previously available on the website.<\/p>\n

ARTICLE 1 \u2013 OBJECT<\/p>\n

These general conditions of sale aim to provide and define all necessary information for the User regarding the ordering, selling, payment, and service provision modalities carried out on the website quimeraexperience.com. These conditions regulate all necessary steps for the acquisition and ensure the service provision follow-up to the User.<\/p>\n

ARTICLE 2 \u2013 ORDER<\/p>\n

The User places an order by completing the purchase process presented on the website quimeraexperience.com, adding the product(s) or service(s) they wish to order to the shopping cart:<\/p>\n

To submit their order, the User must:<\/p>\n

a. Complete the information and choose the options available throughout the order completion process.<\/p>\n

The User’s final order confirmation represents full and complete acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products\/services available for sale as well as these General Conditions of Sale, which will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded. Espelho Voador will honor the orders received online. In case the service cannot be provided, Espelho Voador commits to informing the User as soon as possible. The data on the invoice is the sole responsibility of the User. Once issued, the invoice cannot be reissued with changes. If the invoice payment is not received by the services within the indicated period, the order will not be guaranteed.<\/p>\n

ARTICLE 3 \u2013 PAYMENT<\/p>\n

On the website quimeraexperience.com, Espelho Voador offers the User the following payment methods via Easypay \u2013 Institui\u00e7\u00e3o de Pagamento Lda:<\/p>\n

a. Credit card (Visa, Mastercard);
\nb. Multibanco reference;
\nc. Mbway.<\/p>\n

In the case of credit card payment, the debit will be made on the User\u2019s card immediately after confirming the service provision capability. If any of the orderedservices cannot be provided, their value will be credited to the User’s card after the order is closed.<\/p>\n

ARTICLE 4 \u2013 AVAILABILITY AND CONSUMPTION<\/p>\n

The service will be provided after payment confirmation.<\/p>\n

To participate, you must sign a liability waiver upon arrival.\u00a0We are not responsible for accidents or loss of personal belongings and we cannot store any items.<\/p>\n

The show contains flashing lights and it is not wheelchair accessible.<\/p>\n

ARTICLE 5 \u2013 PRICES<\/p>\n

Prices are understood in Euros, including taxes and fees, considering the VAT in effect at the time of order payment.<\/p>\n

If there is an increase in the price of any service, the User will be immediately informed, and may choose to continue with their order (by paying the difference) or to cancel it.<\/p>\n

ARTICLE 6 \u2013 CANCELLATION AND RETURN<\/p>\n

If you show up more than 20 minutes late the guided tour will start without you, and it is not possible to join late. In this case no refunds will be made.<\/p>\n

The cancellation or return process is handled case by case by Espelho Voador. The request must be sent in writing to the contact email talkto@quimeraexperience.com within 24 hours after the order, and the instructions for cancellation or return of the paid amount will be responded to and defined by Espelho Voador via the same communication channel.<\/p>\n

Whenever possible, the return should be made via the same payment method, but if not possible, the user must provide proof of payment and account or card ownership, so the return can be made by Bank Transfer. Espelho Voador commits to reimbursing the User within a maximum of 15 days.<\/p>\n

ARTICLE 7 \u2013 PRIVACY POLICY<\/p>\n

The processing of your data is done in compliance with the legislation on personal data protection. The data, subject to computerized processing, will be included in Espelho Voador’s database(s) and are intended for registration and presentation of other products and services, as well as institutional information, to be made available by them. Providing this data is optional, and in accordance with the law, the right to access, rectify, and cancel any data directly related to the User is guaranteed, either personally or in writing, directly to the address listed on the homepage of this website.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
